Reviews for this guide:

Eric Durand, Australia: We did 3 days hike in the Rila mountains with Rus and my 4 kids ages 12 to 20. We had a great time with Rus. Run is very professional and knowledgeable and adds some sense of humour to the hiking experience. It was great for my Australian kids to discover a beautiful part of Bulgaria and Rus really helped that. We have plenty of laughs and when got a bit tough for the kids Rus really encouraged them which was really good. I thoroughly recommend Rus for any hiking trip and I hope to do one again with him.

Ulrika Starkenberg, Norway: We are very satisfied with the plan and service from Hiking Guide Bulgaria to Pirin and Rila Mountains and Rila Monestary. Rus, our guide, did an excellent job. Rus was a very nice, good and knowledgeable guide, told us a lot of history, flexibel regarding the weather and changer of plans because of the weather. Add to the original plan we saw Ivans Cave, enjoyed the natural hot mineral Baths and the evening at Deshka House will be a life time memory.
